CalmCommunity Group Activities 


Recreate-U's CalmCommunity strives to work with our local communities and other voluntary groups and charitable organisations. We promote and lead a range of projects that benefit the communities by offering opportunities to learn and grow.

We are currently only focusing on activities that households can participate in together, due to social distancing and everyone's safety.

Recreate-U’s Slowdown Sessions on Sunday

Why not settle in for the evening and prepare for Monday with our fabulous Sunday chill-out sessions? We provide the perfect opportunity to unwind and connect with your child through fun breathing rituals, relaxation stories and story massage. 


Recreate-U’s Walk and Talk Programme  
We are asking you to go on a walk in your local area and capture and upload the walk using the #CommunityMile #RecreateU. Benefits of walking are that it increases your physical activity levels, overall wellbeing and increases immunity. Join our team and Betsy on our weekly walk and let’s share our pictures and connect with each other!

Work with Recreate-U tutors to use art as a therapy! Relaxation is historically sought through art like drawing and colouring - it's the perfect way to process your thoughts or switch off and relax. Join us on our weekly arty sessions that let your inner Monet out!
